I recently came across this photo of Lil Scrappys mother at SandraRose.com.
After watching the third installment of Lil Scrappy's YouTube tv show, I was able to get some insight into who this lady really is. Here's a little sample from the first 18 seconds of the show that helps sum up her persona.
